are 4 ways to purchase tickets for events at Nassau Coliseum;
Box Office, Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone, Ticketmaster Online
or Ticketmaster Outlets as follows:

*THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED TICKETS.
*The
will call window closes at intermission;
*Ticket inventory is the same, regardless of if you buy through
Ticketmaster or the Box Office or a TM Outlet;
*The box office is NOT a Ticketmaster Outlet - we only sell
tickets here for events at Nassau Coliseum;
*The box office does not accept incoming phone calls. All phone
calls related to ticketing questions should be made to Ticketmaster
directly (800) 745-3000.
*The box office does NOT sell tickets at the venue on the first
day of a public on-sale for an event; we will only sell the next
business day, if tickets remain.
*The box office is closed on weekends when there is no event
taking place at the venue.

not sell tickets over the phone directly, nor can we advise you
on what seating is available for events. To purchase tickets over
the phone or for any seating questions, you must call Ticketmaster

can only buy tickets at Nassau Coliseum in person at the box office.

SEARS - The following Sears locations on Long Island now operate
Ticketmaster outlets in the following stores; Westfield South

Customers
seeking tickets for accessible seating to New York Islanders games
should call (516) 501-6885. All other customers with visual, hearing,
or mobility impairments that need accommodation are directed to
contact our Accessible Seating Administrator at 516-794-9300 x
179; or via e-mail at: accessible@nassaucoliseum.com.
Our Accessible Seating Administrator will advise the customer
regarding available accessible seating and relevant pricing for
all events. To sit in a wheelchair during an event, tickets must
be purchased for one of our "H" sections. Other sections cannot
accommodate wheelchairs. Up to (2) two companion seats may be
purchased to accompany each guest in a wheelchair accessible seat.
Tickets for our "H" sections are sold on a first come, first served
basis to customers who specifically request accommodation for
a wheelchair. When all available wheelchair accessible seating
is sold out, we will be unable to accommodate further guests seeking
wheelchair accessible seating. Any guest needing assistance upon
arrival should proceed to the Guest Services Desk, next to the
box office in the main lobby and ask for an Event Representative,
who can provide assistance. The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum
is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities
Act and all relevant state and local laws. Guests who are determined
to have improperly purchased seating designated for disabled guests
may be removed from the event without refund.
NO
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!
There are no refunds or exchanges (except
for an event cancellation). To obtain your refund in the event
of a cancellation, you must contact your point of purchase for
further information. For

*Many
pre-sales for events are Internet only and most start at 10:00
AM;
*Please be advised that Nassau Coliseum does not set the ticket
prices for events at our venue;
*If
your ticket says "Partially Obstructed View" or "Limited
View" on the ticket, then you should expect that you will
not have full view of the stage;
*Seating Maps for all events are available on our website - under
the Facility Info tab;
*Tickets
for Expo Center events are only available from the Nassau Coliseum
Box Office on the day of the event and must be paid for in cash
only;
*Personal checks will not be accepted to purchase tickets at the
box office within 14 days of that event;
*If you lose your tickets and require them to be re-printed, there
will be a charge of $5.00 per ticket for this service;
*Please do not call the venue to check on your ticket order -
you must call Ticketmaster at the phone number above;
*To change a name for will call pickup, you must call Ticketmaster
to place an alternate pickup name on your account;
*Please
check your order carefully for the will call pickup rules specific
to the event you are attending as rules differ from show to show.
*Please
be advised that the Nassau Coliseum Box Office, generally, does
not have tickets available for sale for events until 24 hours
after the Ticketmaster on-sale; depending on the show's policies
and the box office hours at that time;
*If
you want to come to the box office to buy tickets during an event
you are not attending, for a future event, you will need to pay
the $7 per car parking fee.
*The
Will Call / Reservations window is located at the box office and
is open during regular business hours. For many events, pick up
from will call can only take place on the night of the event -
starting one (1) hour before showtime.
