box office & will call window closes at intermission of most

*The box office is closed on weekends when there is no event
taking place at the venue.

PICK UP FROM WILL CALL CAN TAKE PLACE ON THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT;
ONE (1) HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIME. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY
FOR WILL CALL PICKUP RULES FOR THE SHOW YOU ARE ATTENDING. PLEASE
DO NOT CALL THE VENUE TO CHECK ON YOUR ORDER - YOU MUST CALL TICKETMASTER
AT 631-888-9000. TO CHANGE A NAME FOR WILL CALL PICKUP, YOU MUST
CALL TICKETMASTER TO PLACE AN ALTERNATE PICKUP NAME.

448-7849 - Ticketmaster Express. Nassau Coliseum does not sell
tickets over the phone directly, nor can we advise you on what
seating is available for events. To purchase tickets over the
phone, you must call Ticketmaster. You
can only buy tickets at Nassau Coliseum in person at the box office.

There are no refunds or exchanges (except
for an event cancellation). To obtain your refund, you must contact

pre-sales for events are Internet only and most start at 10:00
AM;
*Please be advised that Nassau Coliseum does not set the ticket
prices for events at our venue;
*Please be advised
that the Nassau Coliseum Box Office, generally, does not have
tickets available for sale for events until 24 hours after the
Ticketmaster on-sale; depending on the show's policies and the
box office hours at that time;
*If your ticket says "Partially Obstructed View" on
the ticket, then you should expect that you will not have full
view of the stage.

Special
Notes:
*As of Feb. 13th, 2008
the Nassau Coliseum Facility Fee will increase .50 cents to $2.00
per ticket; the Nassau County Ticket Tax remains at $1.50 per
ticket.
*Tickets for Expo Center events are only available from the Nassau
Coliseum Box Office on the day of the event and must be paid for
in cash only.
*Personal checks will not be accepted
to purchase tickets at the box office within 14 days of that event.
*If you want to come to the box office to buy tickets during an
event you are not attending, for a future event, you will need
to pay the $7 per car parking fee when you arrive and will be
reimbursed with your parking stub at the box office window when
your transaction is complete.
*If you lose your tickets and
require them to be re-printed, there will be a charge of $5.00
per ticket for this service.
